Narrative

The Welding program at Delta College is seeing increased enrollment as high as 36 students in some courses where the class is designed to accommodate 25 students. Recently developments have allowed laboratory and classroom to be located to a larger space. This allows opportunity to increase the number of students into the program, and acquire updated equipment that will enable the opportunity for students to learn newer skills relevant to technology that is existent in the field, thus providing students who complete the program with a competitive edge in the workforce.
