This proposal will help to increase the number of completions and certificates awarded by the college. Hiring new instructor with appropriate credentials to teach selected courses that allow students complete their programs. Antelope Valley College’s Electrical technology graduates will be able to complete training programs and be ready for both employment or passing industry certifications. Many of AVC’s students secure full time employment while still working on their certifications or working towards an Associate's. New instructor will be fully licensed by recognized agencies, and will work on updating program curriculum to meet all industry standards. We expect that the hiring of proposed new instructors will help students increase degree or certificate completions.
This proposal is for year 2018-19. This is the last year for this proposal.
