The Career Technology Center of Fresno City College will be using a portion of the funding allocated to FCC for the acquisition of additional equipment, for professional development opportunities for current faculty, and to hire an additional faculty member for the program in order to expand hands-on learning for students.

Success metrics will be in terms of increased degrees and certificates, improved enrollment, new CTE program development, institutionalized internships programs, new and updated CTE curriculum, professional development opportunities for CTE faculty, and enhanced Dual Enrollment with the local high schools.

The Maintenance Mechanic program will increase its recruitment efforts through collaborations with the local WIB, EEOC, local K-12 districts, and local industry trade organizations.
